THE KEESHOND DOG HOUSE

My Keeshonds are my life, they are my children. They are very compassionate creatures, when I am sad they know it and try to comfort me. My Keeshonds are very friendly, they love to be near me probably as much as I love to be near them. They are the greatest part of my life. We have a wonderful bond. There is no way I can express how much I love my Keeshonds, they are very well cared for, and their unconditional love is apparent to anyone who meets them. They are happy, smiley faced kids. Please come and meet them and see for yourself. Visitors are always welcome to come to visit and meet my Kees, they will meet you at the door with waggy tails and bunches of kisses. I love my dogs.

We have a 24 X 20 room dedicated to our Keeshonds. We gutted the room to the studs, insulated, added gas heat and air conditioning. The room has a couch, a big TV (so they can watch animal planet).

I can walk from my living room right into where they are and spend loads of quality time with them. Off of the room is a doorway leading to a fenced yard for them to run and play in. If I am in the room they are in the room, they want to be with me all the time, if they are in the yard I am probably out there with them.

We live on 2 plus acres, so my doggies have plenty of room to play, I walk each one individually several times during the course of a day. I give each one that one on one attention they so rightly deserve. We also have an area in the back yard where all of our Agility equipment is set up. Its funny sometimes you see the deer come out of the woods and the dogs line up along the fence and just stare until the deer move .

When you enter the room you will see an array of visual and auditory stimulants for new puppies, ranging from mobiles, musical toys and so many different texture toys. Puppies listen to different sounds during the course of a day ranging from easy listening music to thunderstorms and fireworks sounds. I do this to try help puppies not be scared when they enter the real world, to not be afraid or timid. Puppies are handled so many times during the course of a day from day one. Puppies should be handled and talked to, kissed and shown love from the very beginning. All of my Keeshonds certificates are displayed for you to see and you will recieve copies in your puppy pack of the parents. We have a grooming room we recently installed in here, along with a clean station so you can wash your hands before handling puppies. There is a map displayed showing where all of my past puppies live and your puppy location will go on the map also. Many visitors come into our yard, deer, wild turkeys etc. We love it here.
